I went in a week ago to get a dip color done on my nails. I have been growing out my nails for the past four months and their health has been my top priority and concern. I went in the salon and as I was getting my nails done, there was a woman next to me who had multiple concerns about her nails and how they were being done. As she expressed her concerns in a respectful manner, she was immediately shut down by the nail tech and the nail tech was so loud in voicing her opinion, the entire salon was aware of the situation at that point. This was my first red flag. Once the client had left, my nail tech Linda began explaining to me how that lady didn’t know what she was talking about and speaking negatively about the paying customer.

As I was just getting a dip polish, the electric file was used extensively on my nails and was burning, although that has NEVER been something I encountered before while getting dip done. Once I was finished with the service, they told me when I left if they broke they would fix them. At first, I appreciated them saying it, but once I left, it put up a red flag for me. As if they were anticipating my nails to not last, or they were not confident in their job…

A week later, my natural nails with the dip are breaking and popping off like acrylics. As well as the chrome is uneven and peeling off. I am very disappointed in this service and will not be returning. My natural nails are now ruined thanks to Envy Nails. I am not sure how they have such a high rating on google, while providing such negative experiences and insufficient quality of services.

Usually I have a great experience here, but today the gentleman doing my nails couldn’t fidget out how to keep the tip of mg acrylic nails straight. Pointed it out multiple times just to end up with nails of all different lengths and multiple still crooked. I just had to stop trying to point things out because nothing was getting better. And the flower designs I asked for ended up just being lines for pedals. Super unfortunate to spend the amount we do on our nails to look beautiful just to have a frustrating experience and not love your nails afterwards. Feeling helpless when trying to explain what you’re seeing wrong. Unsure if I will be returning after today’s set. What I wanted vs what I got pictures attached….

I was in here at 5:50pm wanting a mani pedi, I got off work and went to the gym so I know I was in there late, but their first words to me “we’re trying to close early.” Already not feeling welcomed in as a client should feel. They ask for a picture of what I want they say they can do it. Well later on she confesses they were trying to get me to leave but I sat down anyway. Okay well if you said you could do it then why wouldn’t I sit down?

Halfway through nail prep I’ve already been cut up and tore up on each finger and it’s pretty clear the girl doing my nails is new at it. I’m not very happy with that considering I’m going on a trip for the next week so now I have to live with my fingers being shredded and she neglected to tell me the red bottoms (ones you can’t even see underneath) was an charge extra.

My nails and fingers hurt so bad from constant cuts and wiping with acetone, and the acrylic is super thick on some nails, and bubbly on others. Some are a little crooked but that’s honestly the least of my worries, my number one worry is the pain I’m in. I was bleeding so hopefully those tools are thrown away or replaced. But I doubt it. Just overall bad experience. They seem like nice people just bad service. Please for future reference tell the client if you’re new to nails, disclosing that can lose you money but it’s better to lose money now than to have a bad review and a paying client that won’t return.

I would ask for a refund but I’m already leaving for my trip so I don’t have time….

I’ve been coming here for almost a year now and at first I loved it but after consistently coming here – I’ve left each time not feeling great about the service I’ve received. Either the techs are not that experienced, the manager is very much entitled and comes off rude, the loyalty program is a sham (I have multiple cards because I will leave the original in my car or other purse) and you will not get the discount unless it’s on one card. With the amount is costs to get pampered – I’d rather take my business somewhere else to receive great customer service, fair loyalty program, and not deal with entitled people. Please teach your front desk people to not throw the paying customers card around and just plain “be nice”….

Last time I’m be going to this salon. I’ve been going here 2 yrs. Today it was $36 & change + $10 tip ( the lady is very very nice thus the tip ). It was $32 when I went last month. I don’t get lotion or oil & the last 2 times they used a hot towel or rocks & a massage not this time. It’s my choice not to use lotion or oil because sometimes it makes me itch. I do love that she cuts any ingrown nail out & that’s an important reason I go ( I had to remind her this time though as she was going to skip it as there was another girl waiting & I had to ask her to please do it ) the polish job & nail shaping & filing is sloppy. I think it’s pretty expensive for what it is and 40 min. Time to look for a new salon….

Went there last Saturday and was not going to review about the sloppy job or creepy guy and just go somewhere else next time- but I paid $100 for dip mani and gel pedi and it looks like trash and didn’t even last a week. Usually dip last 3-4 weeks for me but one just popped off and all the others are starting to peel off around the edges. The nail shapes aren’t the same + crooked. So disappointing- I used to go to a girl there but she’s not there anymore and I got the guy- he asked weird questions like if I was single, why I’m single, if I want more kids, and if I live in a house or apartment. I’ve been going here for years and never had a problem until today. I requested a specific person because I knew they could do the nail art I wanted, I was told they were busy and that anyone could do it so I said okay. I went in and the nail tech was super nice and friendly but there were so many miscommunications and not very much concern that I was getting what I wanted. I left with uneven and unshaped nails that were made very round after I specified that I like a pointy almond shape. I went to this salon for years and have recommended it to so many people so I’m pretty disappointed….

My nails do not grow upwards either. I came back the next day and a different nail tech filed them down but the apex wasn't able to be corrected. This was my second time getting my acrylics done here. The first time they had come out lovely but this time … not so much. I had gotten them done two days before christmas. The whole process felt rushed it only took about 30 minutes to get my acrylics done. When I had left the salon I noticed how poorly shaped and filed the nails were. I didn’t have time to come back so I filed them in which they came out a lot better. I then began to realize my fingers were starting to turn yellow and solidify, which has never happened to me before. A week and a half later, my acrylics have already fallen off and the skin that was once yellow is peeling off. Extremely disappointed….
