I wouldn’t be writing this review if I paid $15-20 but this bad boy cost $42 🥹🥹 I requested a dip nail soak off, trim & clear coat… at the last minute decided to make it a “manicure” since I did want them cleaned up. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The manicure portion was quick and sloppy. I left with globs of clear coat hanging off and misshapen nails— guess I’ll be doing my own filing at home to even things out. The removal itself was $17 for a pretty rough technique compared to what my normal salon uses to remove dip. For this price, I wish I would’ve just paid an extra $10 for a new pretty set from Elan….

I have been to Bellagios before with no issues in the past. However on 5/5/2024 I went there as a walk in since my usual nail salon was closed. When I walked in, I was told to sign in. As I was filling out the sheet the woman who did my nails (I don’t know her name) was hovering over me and it made me feel rushed. I showed her my inspo picture of a natural ombré for my nails with dip. She picked out some colors and got started on my nails. A little while later after using both the pink and white, the pink she chose was way too light so the nail looked all one color. So she went to get a darker pink. Once she found a darker one, she dipped all my nails in the pink. It looked decent at this point, however, once we started to dip into the white for an ombré, it started looking really bad. She dipped the same finger in the power MANY times instead of gradually dipping. This resulted in really thick, unattractive nails. When using the drill tool, one of my fingers started burning. At this point, she kept messing up and started over many times. So I grew worried and realized this set wasn’t going to turn out. Towards the end she was doing the same steps over & over again which annoyed me. There was power and oil all of my hands so I felt gross like I needed to wash my hands. The nails turned out messed up and bubbly. I was going to get a pedicure as well, however they had closed by the time she was finished with my nails. I went to pay for my nails, eager to leave… she apologized many times and offered to do a pedicure for me. I said no thank you, paid and left. She was really nice, however the service of the product was terrible… idk if she was new, but she shouldn’t be doing nails… Based on other reviews this seems to be a trend with this place.. now I have to pay to get them fixed at my usual place 😕…

This nail salon was a breath of fresh air! Finally. I have been on the hunt for a good nail place in the Santa Rosa/ Escambia county area for about two years. So many places wouldn’t have the nail colors I wanted, would use the least amount of polish they could to save on product, or just overall not do a thorough job on my pedicures. It’s not cheap to get your nails done these days and you want quality care when you’re paying that much. I had such a great experience here today. Rose did a wonderful job with my pedicure, she was thorough, double checking my polish to make sure it was perfect, very gentle. The young lady at the front was very sweet and attentive. Place is CLEAN and relaxing. Overall 10/10 for this area and the price; very impressed. I will definitely be back to try again….

Long wait, well worth it! I’ve had 3 manicures here now, 2 standard gel polishes, and most recently a French manicure with the plastic white tip extensions. The gel polishes were fine.. but I’m here to talk about my French.

The French manicure I got this week from Maddie is possibly the best French I’ve ever gotten, and that has been my usual go-to style for about 10 years. Every white tip was uniform in length, perfectly aligned on my finger (even though I’ve been told my “fingers are crooked” by other nail technicians), and mostly importantly, the layer of gel over the nail was very thin and weightless, and appeared to come naturally from the cuticle. This is exactly what I was looking for.

I’ve gotten many bad Frenches over the years with maybe a 1/4 or 1/3 inch of gel piled on top of each nail, which is heavy and unnatural looking. Will be back and will be requesting the same technician by name….

I arrived here at 11:00am and didn’t leave out until 1:45. This is the longest I ever sat for a refill and a pedicure. To top it off once it came time to pay I realized the ladies were discussing my pricing and didn’t seem sure about it. I was charged $70 for my refill because I got a gel line and $55 for my pedicure which was normal. For the service, and the time taken I will not recommend this place.

I decided to try the Gel X, and during application, I noticed that on my right hand, pointer finger, the extension did not adhere to my whole nail. The tech tried to add more gel from under since it was already applied, but it did not work, and I have a gap between my nail and the Gel X extension. For how much these cost, it's really disappointing. I unfortunately did not notice that the tech trying to add more gel did not fix the problem until after I was home and looking at them….

Love coming to this salon. I have gone to so many different nail salons in Pensacola over the years and was always in search until I found Vibar nails. This place has outstanding service. They are very clean, sterile. All nail equipment is disinfected and sterilized. They open a new sterilized packet with instruments in front of you. All filers are for one time use that you get to take home. At their salon I am never worried about my heath safety.
Their manicure and pedicure techniques are a top notch. It looks like the cuticle was never existent 😍. I have gotten manicures, pedicures and gel extensions done and always very pleased with the results.
My nail tech Liza is the best. She always listens to what I’d like to have and provides. Also when I first got there over a year ago my nails were highly damaged from other place. I wanted extensions. She recommended that we grow my nails out before putting any pressure on my nails. We did an upkeep for a couple month until my natural nail was looking healthy and shiny again. I have never met such a caring nail professional like her. She never would do anything to potentially harm a nail bed especially when it’s in bad shape. I am very grateful to find such a gem 💎

You see, I had come in as a new guest seeking help from a botched paint job from another nail salon in town. Disclaimer my picture is after several weeks so a little grown out but I want to rave about Ruby and this salon. I am only visiting but my most of nails done at my hometown salon were lifting or separating. It seems my nail beds are too oily for what my previous tech put on me which she called powdered acrylic. So after researching nail salons I decided to go with Mystic and I called first to explain my situation. Ruby double checked with someone and agreed that my last set was not the right product for me. Fortunately Ruby got me in that same day. I made sure to explain that my natural nails are very thin so I was worried about how painful it might be to replace them. But she was extremely delicate and kept checking on me constantly to make sure she wasn't hurting me. She was very detailed too. The salon was clean and staff very friendly. There also seemed to be several regular customers which is a great sign. I look forward to visiting Ruby one more time for a fill and pedicure before leaving the area….

I waited over an hour and a half. They had me playing musical chairs at different stations because they didn’t want to turn customers away for the long wait. They wouldn’t give anyone an approximate wait time. I finally got in a chair and the man helping me didn’t look at my nails and just assumed I wanted gel polish.
