I was impressed about all the 5 star review, so I decided to try this salon. I was very disappointed, my nails are full of imperfection and most important thing they don’t have any kind of vent in the table, so you will breathe all the dust of your gel while they are working on your hand, and your clothes will be covered in dust too. That’s unacceptable! Also, in each table is written “please leave us a 5 star review” so that’s why all this 5 star review. It’s a pity because the salon looks good and the staff is nice.

After the answer I got from the staff, I want to add some photos to prove that I’m not doing bad reviews just for fun. I always have been honest. Here are my nails, each one with imperfection. Unfortunately, I did not take photo at the table without the vent, but I’m sure that is pretty obvious for any client to see that I’m not lying. If you want to be a 5 star salon it’s not enough to ask for reviews, you have to deserve it….

It’s an overall nice place but Tammy who did my nails, rushed the entire process. There’s acrylic under my nails that she didn’t file or clean off that’s now gripping onto all the stitching of my clothing. Some pieces broke off and left a chip in the nail. I also noticed no new sanitized tools were used. Looks like the same cuticle pusher and clippers that were sitting on desk from prior appointments were used on me and on prior clients which is awful and could spread bacteria from one client to another. The pedicure however, new tools were used which someone else did.

Overall probably won’t go again especially since I spent so much money for a rushed job. I saw Kim on the other hand taking her time and working diligently with client. Wish I had her instead….

This "work" was done yesterday in the afternoon and believe me I did complained while the nail tech was doing the nail polish with the lady at the first desk, whom I believe is the owner. I show her my toes and in the owns words she, saw nothing wrong and said I needed to wait until the enamel settles and "even out".

Ive worked in nails salon and I know when the products are bad/old/expired and damaged.

Starting with the base coat and the thinnered down DND nail polish everything was wrong.

You can't complaint because the owner and the staff will dismiss and treat you like your complain is ridiculous.

The nail tech Vee was super nice and I know she can't do much. If you go here… don't expect quality in products nor good customer service from the management. If I could, I would have rate it zero star but because of Vee, I will give them 1 start….

This was done at Happy Nails today. Obviously I didn’t expect them to work miracles on my rough hands but they cut my cuticles up and tore up the skin around my nails. I went back to ask them to fix them and the person that said she was in charge said that he did a great job but he could try to do something. When I kindly asked for someone else to fix them, they told me they would charge me for a whole new set. When he was fixing build up on the sides, he was very rough and rude. I would give this place only 1 star BUT the atmosphere is clean and the smell of the salon is really not bad at all . As far as the actual nail services my friend and I received , awful . It has been 8 days and my nails are already lifting and look way more grown out due to the fact they didn’t polish all the way to the cuticle and such , on top of the fact that I said I want stiletto OR coffin . She suggested almond , there was a slight communication issue between us which was okay I understand but I felt like I was listened to at all! My friend also said she wants coffin and showed them a picture , she had a different nail tech than I , and she still got almond ( so maybe they just don’t know how to do coffin ??) . I didn't catch his name but I believe he is from the Philippines and he just moved here from Massachusetts… This gentleman asked me 3 different times if I wanted gel nails. I explained I had worn them for years and my nails were like rice paper when I was finished so I felt it wasn't a good choice for me.

He then sarcastically said I had so much growth on my nails that it looked like I hadn't had them done in a long long time. Well I actually had them done 3 weeks ago at this salon 🙄 I have been getting my nails done every 3-4 weeks for over 30 years now so I don't consider them neglected in the least.

The next thing I noticed unusual is he did not ask if I wanted my nails filed or cut. He just cut my toes and filed my fingers 😯

This salon had about 8 men working and only 2 women. I found this ratio rather bizarre. Personally I prefer a female as they are usually more detailed. I have noticed they have changed nail techs multiple times in the past few months. I think it's time for me to find a new nail salon….

I love my full set! Beautiful and exactly what I was looking for! However my pedicure was extremely rushed. The tech did not make sure it was relaxing either. He used hot stones way too aggressively and was rubbing my ankle bone either the stones and it really hurt. He ignored me when I asked him not to do that cause it hurt. Overall I wouldn’t waste money or time on a pedicure. The entire salon could use a serious dusting and deep clean as well. It’s pretty dirty and everything is pretty dusty. My tech didn’t sanitize anything after we were done I watched him put the tools used on my hands into the drawer after simply wiping them off. Pretty gross. Won’t be returning….

I had also taken my daughter in and her toe got messed up when they put her shoes on.
