I was impressed about all the 5 star review, so I decided to try this salon. I was very disappointed, my nails are full of imperfection and most important thing they don’t have any kind of vent in the table, so you will breathe all the dust of your gel while they are working on your hand, and your clothes will be covered in dust too. That’s unacceptable! Also, in each table is written “please leave us a 5 star review” so that’s why all this 5 star review. It’s a pity because the salon looks good and the staff is nice.

UPDATE.
After the answer I got from the staff, I want to add some photos to prove that I’m not doing bad reviews just for fun. I always have been honest. Here are my nails, each one with imperfection. Unfortunately, I did not take photo at the table without the vent, but I’m sure that is pretty obvious for any client to see that I’m not lying. If you want to be a 5 star salon it’s not enough to ask for reviews, you have to deserve it….

I did not have a good experience with this salon. I just moved to this area from Bonita Springs and tried this salon on a whim. It took 3 hours and 15 minutes for my pedicure and dip powder, the pedicure did not even get hot stones or a good massage. My dip powder service was interrupted three times. After 4 days I broke a pinky nail and on day 5 I broke a ring finger nail. Cheap powder was used. My previous powder was on for 4.5 weeks no issue. Hoping to find a better salon nearby….

It's only been a week and my pedicure polish is already destroyed and my dip manicure is already chipped. The reason why there are so my 5 star reviews is because the owner gives you $5 off for a good review not because of the services. Believe the low star reviews those are very accurate. Jennie did my manicure and another lady my pedicure. The pedicure was extremely fast and I think she only did one coat that's why it chipped already. The salon is clean but their dip colors aren't modern nor alot of options. There's a male technician who always tries to upsell the older clientele and it pisses me off since he's trying to take advantage. Overall I won't be coming back. Asked for a color to match what i had on already. I was shown a book and chose 61 a very dark brown. She applied one coat said it would darken after another coat. 2nd coat, still not dark. I showed her my toes, which still had the previous matching color. So she chose another color to add brown on top. Still was not dark i opted to not have her continue picking colors (she did offer) not sure why the first color was so wrong. Left. Not very happy. Nails too long and the wrong color. I had no desire to argue. My bad! Because I let her put extra layers of colors on it's already chipping off after 4 days, And that is on acrylic nails….

I really like this nail salon. I love the family that owns the business. They are all very friendly and make you feel like a priority. By far they are the best nail salon I’ve been to in the Naples area. The salon is always clean and they aren’t afraid to try new designs and get creative with their own. They offer you beverages during your pedicure to enhance your experience. The only “downside” is the price. It’s super expensive and makes me miss NY nail salons. I usually end up paying around 75 for acrylic nails with a design. If I get a basic pedicure too it’s $110. My mom, teenage sister, and I went and together paid $370 for two pedicures and three sets of acrylic nails. Unfortunately, I just end up paying it every time because I haven’t found any place better….

Add me to the list of reviewers who listed multiple reasons why this is the best or one of the best experiences they’ve had at a nail salon. Today was my first time getting a mani-pedi there, (I chose it because I looked up most highly rated google reviews. This turned out to be one of the times I could trust the reviews).
The space is extremely clean, they use liners for pedicure baths, sanitized packs of tools, there is plexiglass between technician and customer for manicures, it’s a very safe and comfortable salon. (And very reasonably priced for the service I received).
Randy was the tech who did my nails today. He was the best, a real PRO; he did an amazingly thorough and detailed job of my nails and is an unusually good natured tech. I HIGHLY recommend this salon….

For my pedicure, I asked for color 134 according to one of the nail sheets I was looking at. It was an opulent milky white color. What I received was a ballet pink nail color. I hadn't noticed until a coat or two was on that it wasn't the color I asked for. The colors didn't match even though they were both labeled 134. The pink was still nice and I didn't have time to start over so I didn't mention anything. The technician did a good job applying the nail color and the foot massage was nice. I have gone to this place multiple times before and normally don't have an issue. My nails turn out pretty good, but this time I was really disappointed with the experience. The woman doing my nails was very slow, and did not properly file down the edges. If my nails are done properly, they can last me 3-4 weeks. I know these nails won't even last me 2, because one they start growing out, the uneven edges will start chipping .

I also hate how thick the nails are. They look messy and chunky. When I asked for the nails to be thinned out, she told me I should have told her at the beginning so she would do only 2 layers of dip not 3. In my opinion, this does not matter. I have gone to multiple places where even if they do 3 coats and when I asked for it to be thinned out, they do it with the filing machine. So that was also irritating to me.

So I am definitely disappointed with my experience. I still tipped her for her efforts, but I was not content….

I came in with my family to get pedicures and it was one of the most relaxing pedicures I have gotten! There are no tvs and spa music that is being played that makes the experience even more relaxing. I enjoyed my pedicure so much that I came back the next day to get an acrylic fill with gel polish.

I believe I had a new nail tech do my acrylic fill because the owner had to come over and conduct the first half of the service while she watched him. The nail tech then sat back down and finished applying the gel polish. The service was $55 total- 30 for the acrylic fill, 20 for gel polish and 5 for the shape. (I was surprised about the shape charge because isn’t the point of a manicure to reshape/file your nails?)

Less than a couple hours after, the gel on both my thumbs started lifting. It eventually came off so I went back to have the two nails repainted. It is still less than 24 hours after my service and I’ve had three more nails lift/chip in the meantime.

I’d come back to the salon, but I’d be cautious about getting a gel manicure

11/13/2022 Update:

I thought I could deal with the minor chips that are pictured, but it’s two days later & they’ve lifted and chipped so badly to the point I’m going to another salon where I’m getting them redone. Don’t get a gel manicure here!…

Today I was looking for last minute places that I could find to get my nails done as I wasn’t particularly happy with my previous set at one of my regular locations.

I googled nail salons in Naples and I found this hidden gem.

I live over 30 minutes away near North Naples and decided to give this location a try based off of their entirely positive google reviews. I did call to inquire whether appointments were necessary and when I was suggested to make one, I did.

When I arrived for my appointment, one of the techs remembered exactly what my name was and what service I was going to get (very nice). Upon arrival, Le (the owner) and another woman were actually assisting the same customer which I thought showed amazing customer service. I had to remove a prior set of dip powder and Le wrapped my nails while the same woman came over and shaped them a bit in between helping the customer prior to me. I did not mind this as I thought it showed great attentiveness to current customers and also great team work.

Le did an excellent job on my nails and listened to every gripe I had as far as shape and requesting extra layers of dip to keep them strong as I work my hands hard. We briefly chatted about our ethnicities which and he explained some things to me about cosmetology. He also told me that his salon had only been open since October of 2021…

This salon is very cute, minimalistic and seems to have a different environment/experience than most locations where customer care is definitely prioritized. The salon also has individually wrapped sets of tools for your manicures so that nothing appears to be reused.

I will definitely be making the trek out here. Found my new spot. Thank you Daisy team!…

I’ve been a client of Daisy nails for over 3 years. Unfortunately one of their staff members in Naples did not follow my instructions for a manicure and the results were truly unacceptable! The rest of the staff is excellent and when I made an appointment today I specifically requested service by any of the other staff members. I drove 15 minutes to the salon to discover that the only available manicurist was the one I specifically asked to avoid. I was given the option of waiting 30 minutes or returning tomorrow!
