Usually I have a great experience here, but today the gentleman doing my nails couldn’t fidget out how to keep the tip of mg acrylic nails straight. Pointed it out multiple times just to end up with nails of all different lengths and multiple still crooked. I just had to stop trying to point things out because nothing was getting better. And the flower designs I asked for ended up just being lines for pedals. Super unfortunate to spend the amount we do on our nails to look beautiful just to have a frustrating experience and not love your nails afterwards. Feeling helpless when trying to explain what you’re seeing wrong. Unsure if I will be returning after today’s set. What I wanted vs what I got pictures attached….

I was in here at 5:50pm wanting a mani pedi, I got off work and went to the gym so I know I was in there late, but their first words to me “we’re trying to close early.” Already not feeling welcomed in as a client should feel. They ask for a picture of what I want they say they can do it. Well later on she confesses they were trying to get me to leave but I sat down anyway. Okay well if you said you could do it then why wouldn’t I sit down?

Halfway through nail prep I’ve already been cut up and tore up on each finger and it’s pretty clear the girl doing my nails is new at it. I’m not very happy with that considering I’m going on a trip for the next week so now I have to live with my fingers being shredded and she neglected to tell me the red bottoms (ones you can’t even see underneath) was an charge extra.

My nails and fingers hurt so bad from constant cuts and wiping with acetone, and the acrylic is super thick on some nails, and bubbly on others. Some are a little crooked but that’s honestly the least of my worries, my number one worry is the pain I’m in. I was bleeding so hopefully those tools are thrown away or replaced. But I doubt it. Just overall bad experience. They seem like nice people just bad service. Please for future reference tell the client if you’re new to nails, disclosing that can lose you money but it’s better to lose money now than to have a bad review and a paying client that won’t return.

I would ask for a refund but I’m already leaving for my trip so I don’t have time….

Only reason I would even give this one star is because of Emali. The owner (Tina) will jump in and start doing your nails ordering her away and then she screws them up. She has NO business touching people that do not want her doing their nails. I don't think this woman understands that touching people that do not want you touching them is considered assault. I am not a hand model by any means but Suki always does the best nails!! I am very rough and hard on my nails due to having 7 kids, 5 dogs, and two turtles in the home and her nails can last me 4 to 5 weeks without falling off. Went in for a pedicure and have my nails filed. Was charged $23 to have my nails filed, no color, no massage no extra I simply asked to have them filed and the nail polish removed. I was charged $23 plus $5 to have the nail polished removed. The pedicure was $50 and the gel bubbled in the corners and is uneven on the bottom not touching the cuticle in places and touching in others. When he removed my nail polished he used a drummle tool first and then remover. Then clipped all the skin off the cuticles and around the nails. I told him I only weanted them to be filed 3 times but he just said it didn't look good and he would do it, to then charge me $23. There is still polish on some of the nails even after that and the tops of my nails hurt along with the sides of my fingers. My natural nails he did this to and now the natural nails are breaking off one by one. He seemed nice but that was it. The services was not good and didn't listen to the customer want I feel like so they can just charge extra. I want a refund and that is all….

Came in for an acrylic/gel manicure and other than the lady that did my nails having the worst attitude, rushed the ENTIRE process (legit did 1 coat?), she completely botched my nails and when I finally had the courage to ask to fix the MANY imperfections, she was rude and just filed them….. if you are that inexperienced you really should not be doing people’s nails. Such horrible customer service she had. Other people working there were nice as my sisters nails were good. Waste of my money and time….

My husband went and got me a gift certificate for a Mani & Pedi. I went in two nights ago and was told they'd do both at the same time. No problem for me, went to my chair, started a Pedi with one employee, was switched in the middle so he could do someone else's nails. Still, no problem. However my nails look like my toddler attempted to do them and they basically cut my cuticle on both big toes. Paid almost over $100 plus tip for services and it literally hurts to put socks on and go to work due to having raw cuticles. Not sure where all of the great reviews come from, but that unfortunately was not the case for me at all….

Loyal client since 2021. Today was the last day I will give any of my money to this salon. I've tried to stick it out even after the constant raising of prices, taking away all discounts and incentives. I mean the prices raised 3 times in one year, within months of each other.

Today is exactly two weeks from when I got my nails done. They were not right the first day I left. I texted her pictures and telling her that although the nails seemed ok before I left, as soon as I got home I started noticing they were not right. And I was basically brushed off. Told that it just "looked that way to me". I had another nail tech look at them and they confirmed they weren't right. She never even offered for me to come back in so she could take a look or anything. I mean the nails were not even sealed from DAY ONE. Everything I touched stuck to the nails and I couldn't get it off. The top coat was peeling off multiple nails. My nails have never looked this grown out in two weeks. She's even said herself after 4 weeks at times that they weren't that grown out.

Today was my first time I was able to go into the salon to get a soak off. I've never gone for just a soak off, I ALWAYS get a new set. When I got there and stated I wanted a soak off, after knowing we texted about the nails you would think she would have at least looked at them. Instead she had someone else soak me off and when I asked aren't you going to even look at them she said with an attitude "it's been weeks". Yeah two weeks to the day, but I communicated with you the day of. There's been other times I've not been happy with my nails but I just grinned and bear it. This was the last straw. There's hundreds of salons around here and if I'm going to spend my money, I want to be happy with the service every time…

I requested a specific person because I knew they could do the nail art I wanted, I was told they were busy and that anyone could do it so I said okay. I went in and the nail tech was super nice and friendly but there were so many miscommunications and not very much concern that I was getting what I wanted. I left with uneven and unshaped nails that were made very round after I specified that I like a pointy almond shape. Awful customer service. I made an appointment and still waited 40 minutes until they started on my pedicure. Then the whole service was super rushed. The attendant didn’t not communicate in English at all. The previous owner of this salon was running her business exceptionally, but since the change, everything went downhill. I will not return.

Update: Three days later, Wednesday, September 4, my gel manicure starts chipping. See second picture attached.

Educational moment for the owner :
Errors happen, that is just the way it is, but there are ways to avoid one star reviews despite your scheduling is running behind. You could call to let me know. Or, you could tell me when I show up so instead of having me sitting in the chair forever I can go and run an errand at the mall. Honesty and kindness go a long way. You could also not hide behind your employees and come up to me to apologize, maybe throw in some extra service, or to offer a glass of champagne.

P.S. to the owner: we didn’t leave at 5 a clock. At five a clock I was already enjoying a drink at home. The full service took less than one hour but that would be great if the quality would suffice too. The ingrown toes were not treated because the attendant did not understand nor listened, and my gel mani started to chip on day 3….

I just moved back home after being away for 8+ years. I had found my person and when I just moved back in January I didn’t know what I was going to do. I was going to this one person that my mom goes to but he was arrogant and refused to do my nails how I wanted them done and didn’t make it look anything of what I asked. I was ready to just have natural nails and not get them done any longer… 😔

Since I work in the area I started looking at reviews, I wanted to be able to stop somewhere after work and enjoy my weekend. I came across Realm and they had one of the best reviews. I messaged them on instagram asking about a question. I was able to make an appointment right away!

Mia, greeted me as soon as I arrived and did my nails! Omg! She was not only amazing at her job but so extremely kind and compassionate! 🥹 I have finally found my person I can trust to do exactly what I wanted!

For my feet, Lily was the one who did a PHENOMENAL job. I had never had gel on my toes. Since I was coming from work I didn’t have any sandals so I thought about just doing gel to make it easier. Wow wow wow!!!!!!! Lily was just as sweet and kind as Mia!

Getting my nails done is something I do for myself once a month so I value a place I can come to, to feel welcomed and appreciated it. They did just that plus more! The shop was absolutely beautiful! The massage chairs are the best I have ever sat in! Everything about this place was truly amazing! They are extremely hard workers who care about their clients! I will keep coming to them, time and time again! I don’t think I can thank you all enough for making this the experience I very much needed after leaving my second home.

Got a walk-in pedicure (Cosmo Spa Pearl w/gel add-on) and was delighted! The atmosphere was wonderful. Clean and beautiful interior, subtle music in the background, TVs on with no sound, and the best massage chair ever created a calm, relaxing environment for my service. Then there was the pedicure master, Ken! He gave me the best pedicure I've had in years, and the service was very reasonably priced.

Next time I visit, I'll bring my 9yo niece as they have 2 children's pedicure stations….

I was greeted right away very nice lady and it was so quiet and clean , I was so very lucky to get Lindsey she was so personable and great! She really went that extra mile, so sprung for the spa pedicure that was pricey but worth it because she gave me an amazing leg and foot massage and I really needed it because I hurt my ankle and I was hobbling around in pain, she did such a great job on my leg muscles she knew what she was doing! From a customer perspective, I felt as though I was an inconvenience to Kim. I have been a customer since they opened I normally get the acrylic and chose to do a gel manicure instead. She smirked at me and kept pointing at me while talking to an another technician. She proceeded to stay in the back area while I was getting my manicure completed. On the positive side, Nancy did my manicure/pedicure and did an amazing job. Nancy was great. She took her time and was very gentle. I am a paying customer.
