Walked in on a Saturday, no waiting at all. Asked for a basic pedicure with clear polish. I asked the women who greeted me the prices. I showed her my heels which were a little rough. She indicated that the basic pedi should be enough to smooth them out. The basic was $25 which seemed reasonable. The soaking and massage was very relaxing. But as far as the cut, I ended up with different lengths on my nails?? Whatever was used as a polish didn't even dry glossy.
Would not recommend if you are looking for a basic pedicure. I just wasted my money….

Went to have my nails done on Saturday, which is an hour away one way. First the lady complimented me on how great my cuticles were and so forth , once I left and washed my hands and got all the oil off my cuticles , they were all chewed up(it definitely didn’t look like a had a manicure just my nails painted ).On Monday I drove all the way back so that the manager could touch up my toe and my middle finger on my left hand. She inspected my hand, never noticed the horrible mani job that was performed (I even told her the nail polish was thin on all my nails, you can see through the paint without even holding it in the air.She said the paint was like that.) Mind you I get my nails done often my nails have never felt so thin with gel nail polish, Gel polish has always made my nails feel sturdy . I can push a button in and my nail bends(that isn’t normal). My nails last my three weeks usually.)Then on the toe she wipes the clear coat off and then couldn’t find the right purple so she blended the toe nail color with a darker purple and the toe is rough now no buffing after the repair. Here we are on Wednesday, I normally don’t wake up and write reviews but because My nails are done up for a vacation and now I have to go pay someone to repair the nail because I refuse to keep wasting gas to drive out there for it to mess back up in two days! I will say they are sweet there but I won’t be driving there for nails.Also my nails were crooked when filed the first time, pictures show the middle finger chipped first and second time and shows the cuticles the looked chopped up and as well as the toe that is darker than the others also the lavender nail next to the chipped dark purple shows it crooked. If all went well with the repair I promise I wouldnt be writing this but here we are and here I go to spend probably 40$ more on top of the 85$ I already paid y’all!

Ps They also did my eyebrows, I had to go home and pluck because she left so much everywhere….

Got my nails done (acrylic/gel) beginning of August prior to surgery. After spending basically a month in bed recuperating I went in for a fill. I have done zero housework involving water and have kept hands dry. A fungus was discovered on both little fingers under the acrylic. The owner tried to remove the thick acrylic ( which was securely adhered to my nail) and put the clipper tool through my nail bed causing it to bleed. Then continued to try and force the acrylic off. Needless to say I was near tears. Also last visit thumb nail was crooked. When i asked to have it evened up they asked where i had it done. I pointed to the girl who did it and they laughed. 2 years ago I got a fungus on my toenails from there. Still trying to get rid of it. I only went back to this place because my regular manicurist retired. I can't understand why they don't sanitize their tools between clients. Guess I'll continue looking for a new salon. Hoping no one else has had this issue there….

Well, first, let me just say definitely not what I get down south where I'm from in Davie, FL. I should have walked out as soon as I walked up to the chair cause I noticed it was not clean, and as I sat down & looked around, it was worse, but I was willing to give it a chance, but as she grabbed her tools they were not sterilized. UGH 😑 really wished I would have walked out.
It was not the owner & her daughter because they were very nice, but the shop could use a more professional experience.
Lastly, I think my granddaughter, who is 6 years old, could have done a better job. JS 😞 I will not be back….

I was going to Serenity every 3 weeks I usually get great service from Wendy. This visit someone new "provided service ". This lady had absolutely no idea what she was doing. No cuticle oil, didn't file toe nails, did clean under toenails, what she called a message was her rubbing my leg as if she was applying lotion for five minutes straight. I’ve been to every nail place in the area, including a couple in Crystal River. Kenny and Kim are the best! Their product doesn’t chip or break off my nail, the French gel polish I get is second to none including perfect lines with all of the tips having an equal amount of white. Believe me, I have gotten MANY French gel manicures over the years and I DOknow the difference. Pedicures are also some of the best I’ve ever had. Massage chairs are comfortable and all of the options work. Please don’t think it’s stupid for saying that because I have sat in some pedicure chairs that were not comfortable and/or they didn’t work. Any kind of nail work is a great experience and so are the pedicures. Kenny and Kim are also really friendly with great personalities! I really enjoy seeing them every other week. They do walk-ins, but for the most part, everyone calls and makes an appointment….

Love this salon! This is my recent visit results. I do acrylic nails because they work best on my hands. I went from having a square nail to this lovely almond shape and I'm very pleased! Every service I have had I have been extremely happy with. And the pedicures are amazing! Prices are very reasonable and the customer service is great. Been here a handful of times and always have had a stellar experience except for this visit. I paid $55 for the deluxe pedicure and it was an extremely poor effort. A rough attempt at best on the massage he literally had to wipe the excess lotion off because he barley rub it on/in. The lady next to me had way more attention and quality looking nails and only paid for a standard pedi.I was told I paid more for the "hot" stones that like the towels, were barley lukewarm because they sat out for minutes. Nails are mis-cut and badly shaped and look sloppy, I actually had to ask for a cotton ball and acetone to clean the polish off the top of my foot. I could have done this for free by myself at home but was charged $70.00 because gel cost an additional $15. I'm absolutely stunned I just paid that much for such an irritating experience. I will say the Technician offered to attempt to fix my nails, but I couldn't see how without cutting way too short and I already was over the experience. I will not be back and I would suggest more fluent and consistent training, or charge less for unexceptional services. I would have been happier paying for a basic pedicure, then to pay for all the extras that I did not receive….

I took my daughter to get her nails done for the first time and her technician was absolutely thrilled. I got my previous nails from another establishment fixed and repainted. I debated whether or not to write a review because it's not something I usually do, but it has been 24 hours since I got my nails done and I feel like I have to say something. Yesterday, I went in to get a fill-in and while getting my nails done, I noticed that two of them didn't match the rest. I had chosen a neutral color since they were out of the first two colors I picked, which I understood. However, during the process, my service provider kept wiping off the polish due to dust particles and ended up applying five coats to try and hide it. At that point, I couldn't stay silent anymore. I want to clarify that I never blamed the artist, but I was just extremely frustrated and asked if they could remove the color and let me leave as is.

When it was time to pay, the manager or owner charged me $45 for the service, even though I left with nails that look like the ones in the photos below. As a small business owner myself, I can't imagine letting a customer walk out of my establishment feeling so disappointed. And to make matters worse, three of my nails have already broken since yesterday.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all….
