The WORST pedicure experience I've ever had! This place was such trash! The rude and nasty lady who kept yelling at all the employees (who said she was not the owner) seemed so annoyed we came in at 4pm. There were NO customers in there. 🚩
The decor of colorful disco lights and the blinking curtain lights everywhere gave me seizure vibes, the chairs were uncomfortable AF. I paid extra for the "Deluxe Pedicure". The older man brushed my toes with a dry brush, didn't cut my cuticles, didn't scrub off any dry skin, and applied the final clear coat on my toes like a 3yr old with paint all over my skin. I would share a picture but I'm so embarrassed I can't even look at my feet without gagging. Please DO NOT waste your time or money here when there are legit businesses around (Noire Nail Bar). The only reason I tried this place was because I was going to Winn Dixie next door. Disappointed is an understatement!…

Made a reservation over the phone..easy breezy… I could come in the next day, per my request. Everyone was very friendly, Vivian especially, and she did a great job 👏 on my nails and my toes. I felt relaxed and pampered, their massage chair while having a pedicure done was definitely a plus. Great salon , very clean w lovely, friendly techs. I just moved to Port Charlotte from Ft Myers and they will be my to go to for my nails from now on. Prices are quite fair as well, and not expensive to pamper oneself once in a while….
