This shop is one of the best shops in the area. They always do their best to make sure a customer leaves satisfied. Although it’s sometimes very busy, the service is well worth the wait. The family that runs it is friendly and they make you feel comfortable with whatever situation you have going on. They ALL do great work down to nails, toes, lashes, brows/brow tinting, and more. Joe is the owner and he creates a fun conversational environment in the shop. That’s the main thing that I love about this shop, they make an effort to connect and be social with the clients. Being located in Florida City, they handle conflict really well and try to resolve problems professionally. They are also really clean and don’t rush. Once it’s your turn it is all about you. I can’t say enough good things about this place….

I went back in to confront the owner which advised he was the one that worked on her nails then he advised he’s being doing nails for 30 years. THE SECOND PIC IS WHAT HE DID, THOSE NAILS ARE DESPICABLE!! Arguing with this slum owner did no good, he really thought his work was brilliant. My usual nail place was closed so I had to venture out. I saw this place had great reviews so I gave it a shot. Customer service was pleasant overall. My nail tech was Nancy. I would like to give her the benefit of the doubt, but I can’t this time. I am also in the beauty industry, so I understand we all have those days. However, if you can’t fix it, find someone who can. I got a dip set with tips- something I have done a million times. To me, it seemed like she really rushed the entire process- even though they weren’t busy. I had to ask her to cut down or reshape nails multiple times. My two thumb nails look completely different and she told me “your nail bed is just larger on one side”. I have never had this issue before. All of this I can let slide, but the injuries I sustained I cannot. I have cuts on 8/10 nails. I repeatedly let her know she was hurting me, as if the blood wasn’t sign enough! Aside from my lopsided thumbs and the cuts on every finger, my nails look great! 🙃 I still paid for my service. I came to leave my review and noticed that the only 1 star review was about Nancy 🫠 always read the 1 star reviews folks!!…

The two times prior my nails didn’t lift, my nail tech had done a wonderful job, and they lasted 3-4 weeks, but this time I had to have someone else do my nails because my previous tech doesn’t work there anymore.
Anyway I got gel-x and it’s been a week and 3 days since I got them done and they have all lifted and most of them have popped off. This has never happened to me before. They always last so much longer. Just upsetting to have spend like $90 and not even last 2 weeks! They look like this after a week and a half….

I have been to this nail salon twice, the first time I went was amazing! I showed the nail tech my inspo photo and he found the perfect color match and did exactly what I wanted. The second time however was not as good. I had asked for the exact same thing I previously gotten so the new nail tech could see the color and shape in person. Other than the color and shape being significantly different, my nails still looked okay so I left. I got these nails because I was apart of a wedding and not even 3 days after getting my nails done two of them broke. It has been a week and I’ve lost five nails from either putting sweatshirts on or combing through my hair (nothing damaging to the nails at all). They felt cheap and thin after getting done and I would expect acrylics to last longer than a couple of days. I recommend if you go here ask for the younger guy as he is extremely talented, detail oriented, and efficient….

Personally, I’ve never been one to leave reviews, let alone bad ones, but I’m completely taken by this service given the perfect 5 stars this salon has. The first two pictures (in the car) were immediately after the salon. I am so disappointed. I wanted to have luminary done with some extension to my natural nail. These were bumpy, my right hand middle finger nail wasn’t even covered after I expressed that needed to be fixed, and they just all around looked awful. The picture with the pink background was what I did after I came home to fix my nails. I spent $65 (including tip), on a service I had to completely redo. I don’t think I should spend that amount of money on a service that doesn’t match the price. I was too heated when looking at my nails to even argue paying for the service because I just wanted to get home to fix it. I am extremely disappointed….

My daughter and I went yesterday. My daughter told the tech the length that she wanted and he told her it would be extra but then he kept filling them down and made them way shorter. She decided to just run with it.

After getting home, she was more and more upset about the length. We grabbed one of their brochures before leaving and on the back it states "We DO NOT offer refunds on services, if you are not satisfied, please contact us within 3 days and we will re-do the service at no extra cost." So we called and told them our concerns THE SAME DAY.

We were told to go in the following day at a specific time. We were told that she would be getting a brand new set with the length that she wanted and they would fix mine as well, no charge. (Also as per their policy) We show up and they start arguing with us. The tech that did her nails called her a liar. And then Tom, Thuey, and her nail tech all said that they could take her set off and redo them but then they would CHARGE to do so…

They refused to do anything besides replace the one nail that came off in under 6 hours.

And then when the tech was fixing her one nail that came off he was very rude when he talked to her by was very polite when he was talking to the lady next to her….

I have only been going once a month since February 2022 and getting my nails done by tom. every set of nails i have gotten i have loved so far and the only downside is i wish i had a few more options for colors and they had more of a variety of sizes for nail gems the smallest ones i’ve seen are kind of big compared to the size of nails and take up a lot of room when you want something small and classy. other than that i really like this place and would recommend and they also give me discounts of 15% total when i bring in my school ID and pay in cash….

guys. no joke this is the best nail salon i have ever been. i’m originally from new york and moved here 3 years ago and have been searching high and low for a great, local nail salon and i have FINALLY found it.
i was introduced with such care and kindness, the staff goes above and beyond to put a smile on your face and have great conversations with you.
i personally never done dip powder, so when i told my amazing nail tech, Don, that, he comforted me and explained the steps and process he does to make me more knowledgeable. i wanted exactly what he did, something natural that made my fingers look longer that would go with everyday outfits, he nailed it.
my pedicure was also just as amazing, i did the bubble bath OPI and he threw in a lava rock massage with it, great hands lol.
this place as a 5/5 for me and i will be going here from now on. thanks don and the team at nail colors!! :)…

My daughter and I went for a mani and pedi and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. We walked in to a very strong chemical smell from the acrylics. No one greeted us for over 15 minutes. We’re used to salons that have OPI, Essie, Dazzle and other good quality brands. They only had a couple of bottles from these brands but all weird colors that had been heavily used. The remainder were poor quality no name brands and it was impossible to figure out what the colors were because they were in boxes that had numbers on them but the numbers didn’t correspond to anything. We finally went outside after being ignored for a while and about 10 minutes later they called us and told us they were ready. No apologies or anything. We came in and were assigned to technicians, both of whom were super rude and unfriendly. When we asked to see colors, they got annoyed, when we politely pointed out a flaw in polish, they yelled at us, and they spent the whole time speaking another language, probably about us. My daughter accidentally smudged a small portion of one nail and when she showed her technician, she barked at her “you messed up!” No pleases, no thank you’s, no pleasantries whatsoever, even when I tipped 20% (which they didn’t deserve but she was standing over me as I signed the credit card terminal so I felt pressured). Low and behold, our service was yesterday and today the polish is peeling off and bubbling. Would not recommend!…

I decided to try Blush Nail Spa last week after reading the great reviews. I had high hopes that this would be my regular nail salon. I got a basic gel pedicure and dip manicure. The pedicure was great! I’m very satisfied with the results. The reason I’m giving 3 stars is because my dip manicure is not holding up well. I get dip manicures because I work with my hands a lot and need something sturdier. I’m quite disappointed that after only a week the dip is starting to lift and the clear coating is starting to peel. I try to be as gentle as possible with my nails, but if I’m paying for something that is supposed to be durable, then I would like it to last longer than a week. Aside from that, my experience was good. The space was clean, even though it was very busy when I went. Each staff member I interacted with was very nice and my nail tech was very kind and respectful. I just wish the dip was more durable and lasted longer….
