I am very rough and hard on my nails due to having 7 kids, 5 dogs, and two turtles in the home and her nails can last me 4 to 5 weeks without falling off. Last time I’m be going to this salon. I’ve been going here 2 yrs. Today it was $36 & change + $10 tip ( the lady is very very nice thus the tip ). It was $32 when I went last month. I don’t get lotion or oil & the last 2 times they used a hot towel or rocks & a massage not this time. It’s my choice not to use lotion or oil because sometimes it makes me itch. I do love that she cuts any ingrown nail out & that’s an important reason I go ( I had to remind her this time though as she was going to skip it as there was another girl waiting & I had to ask her to please do it ) the polish job & nail shaping & filing is sloppy. I think it’s pretty expensive for what it is and 40 min. Time to look for a new salon….

Went in for a pedicure and have my nails filed. Was charged $23 to have my nails filed, no color, no massage no extra I simply asked to have them filed and the nail polish removed. I was charged $23 plus $5 to have the nail polished removed. The pedicure was $50 and the gel bubbled in the corners and is uneven on the bottom not touching the cuticle in places and touching in others. When he removed my nail polished he used a drummle tool first and then remover. Then clipped all the skin off the cuticles and around the nails. I told him I only weanted them to be filed 3 times but he just said it didn't look good and he would do it, to then charge me $23. There is still polish on some of the nails even after that and the tops of my nails hurt along with the sides of my fingers. My natural nails he did this to and now the natural nails are breaking off one by one. He seemed nice but that was it. The services was not good and didn't listen to the customer want I feel like so they can just charge extra. I want a refund and that is all….

This has to be one of the best nail salon/spa in Brevard County.

I first visited this place with my husband on a rainy day, we both had the "Deluxe Spa Pedicure" ($40/e) which included their special signature Hot Stone massage. I also opted for the Gel Polish add-on ($15) in a gorgeous and glittery shade-shifting brown to gold nail lacquer.

It should be noted that this place has a vast variety of colors, in different finishes and of professional quality.

I also had an acrylics fill-in ($30) so beautifully done. We talked a lot, and the staff was amazingly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and super attentive.

They have a lovely and cozy waiting area, massage chairs for pedicures, air conditioning and heating, bathroom, an area for manicures of all kinds; In addition to offering refreshments, including tea, coffee, wine, among others. For those interested, they have different products for sale on-site. And how not to mention their beautiful hen pet.🐔🐣

Overall, a wonderful experience that I've definitely enjoyed and would recommend!

The first couple times i went they were great. The last time i got a full set with some friends and none of us got what we asked for and all of ours were higher $ than anticipated. None of us were happy with our nails. I was extremely disappointed especially since i said these were for my bachelorette party. I always get really long nails. He shortened my set twice even after i said they were too short the first time. I left with acrylic all over my fingers and hands that I’m still peeling off even after i said he was getting it everywhere he said “oh it’s fine”. Two of my fingers are bleeding because he filed my skin instead of my nails and told me it was because i got coffin shape (which i get every time and never had an issue). I asked for rhinestones on my ring finger that were basically just thrown on because he clearly didn’t want to do them. Over all very dissatisfied and disappointed that this is what I’m stuck with for my bachelorette party….

I just left this place and I'm literally in tears. I couldn't bring myself to be mean to the lady that did my nails because she was very nice. However, she did a TERRIBLE job on my nails. I asked for glitter and matte fall nails after receiving a fill. Her application of acrylic was barely there and watery. Her shaping is non-existent. My nails ails are so uneven. The length and shape of my thumbs are different. The polish is so thick and lumpy so now my nails are lumpy, thick, and uneven. I asked for rhinestones and I was told she wasn't allowed to do them for me but next time because the boss said no. Then she rushed me basically out because I guess one of her regular clients was there. She didn't clean the debris from around my cuticles or anything. I basically was rushed out of the way.. I still tipped her.. I went there because my normal salon was just too busy and I needed something temporary. I wish I would've just waited. I do not recommend this place….

Awful customer service. I made an appointment and still waited 40 minutes until they started on my pedicure. Then the whole service was super rushed. The attendant didn’t not communicate in English at all. The previous owner of this salon was running her business exceptionally, but since the change, everything went downhill. I will not return.

Update: Three days later, Wednesday, September 4, my gel manicure starts chipping. See second picture attached.

Educational moment for the owner :
Errors happen, that is just the way it is, but there are ways to avoid one star reviews despite your scheduling is running behind. You could call to let me know. Or, you could tell me when I show up so instead of having me sitting in the chair forever I can go and run an errand at the mall. Honesty and kindness go a long way. You could also not hide behind your employees and come up to me to apologize, maybe throw in some extra service, or to offer a glass of champagne.

P.S. to the owner: we didn’t leave at 5 a clock. At five a clock I was already enjoying a drink at home. The full service took less than one hour but that would be great if the quality would suffice too. The ingrown toes were not treated because the attendant did not understand nor listened, and my gel mani started to chip on day 3….

I just moved back home after being away for 8+ years. I had found my person and when I just moved back in January I didn’t know what I was going to do. I was going to this one person that my mom goes to but he was arrogant and refused to do my nails how I wanted them done and didn’t make it look anything of what I asked. Since I work in the area I started looking at reviews, I wanted to be able to stop somewhere after work and enjoy my weekend. I came across Realm and they had one of the best reviews. I messaged them on instagram asking about a question. I was able to make an appointment right away!

Mia, greeted me as soon as I arrived and did my nails! Omg! She was not only amazing at her job but so extremely kind and compassionate! 🥹 I have finally found my person I can trust to do exactly what I wanted!

For my feet, Lily was the one who did a PHENOMENAL job. I had never had gel on my toes. Since I was coming from work I didn’t have any sandals so I thought about just doing gel to make it easier. Wow wow wow!!!!!!! Lily was just as sweet and kind as Mia!

Getting my nails done is something I do for myself once a month so I value a place I can come to, to feel welcomed and appreciated it. They did just that plus more! The shop was absolutely beautiful! The massage chairs are the best I have ever sat in! Everything about this place was truly amazing! They are extremely hard workers who care about their clients! I will keep coming to them, time and time again! I don’t think I can thank you all enough for making this the experience I very much needed after leaving my second home.

I went in a week ago to get a dip color done on my nails. I have been growing out my nails for the past four months and their health has been my top priority and concern. I went in the salon and as I was getting my nails done, there was a woman next to me who had multiple concerns about her nails and how they were being done. As she expressed her concerns in a respectful manner, she was immediately shut down by the nail tech and the nail tech was so loud in voicing her opinion, the entire salon was aware of the situation at that point. This was my first red flag. Once the client had left, my nail tech Linda began explaining to me how that lady didn’t know what she was talking about and speaking negatively about the paying customer.

As I was just getting a dip polish, the electric file was used extensively on my nails and was burning, although that has NEVER been something I encountered before while getting dip done. Once I was finished with the service, they told me when I left if they broke they would fix them. At first, I appreciated them saying it, but once I left, it put up a red flag for me. As if they were anticipating my nails to not last, or they were not confident in their job…

A week later, my natural nails with the dip are breaking and popping off like acrylics. As well as the chrome is uneven and peeling off. I am very disappointed in this service and will not be returning. My natural nails are now ruined thanks to Envy Nails. I am not sure how they have such a high rating on google, while providing such negative experiences and insufficient quality of services.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but this is ongoing after 2 weeks and it’s very frustrating. I wanted to treat my daughter and my mom to get our nails done for my parents vow renewal….

After the 1st 24 hours I had to actually Google why my nails were hurting so bad. This has never ever happened to me before, but apparently if the tip is too small or there is too thick of an acrylic layer they can hurt for 24-48 hours. It took 4-5 days for them to stop hurting. Day 1 was the absolute worst and I could barely touch the tips of my fingertips. The acrylic is SUPER THICK and the same thing happened to my daughter, but hers only hurt for a day or 2.

After only a week air bubbles were getting under my daughter’s acrylic and they began coming off. We paid for a special design that looked like a beginner had done it despite showing them the picture so to pay almost double of what an acrylic set comes out to to last only a week is disappointing.

Finally, I wanted almond shape (my daughter wanted coffin, but got square) but they’re more stiletto, or in between, and there is so much acrylic on them that I can barely do anything with them (I’ve five. Up trying to pick up coins off a flat surface) and they literally look like claws 😩 I’m actually embarrassed for colleagues to see them – they do not look like something I would do.

I will say they were VERY nice and friendly. Thankfully my mom’s were fine and she really enjoyed her special day after 53 years. This was our second time going there, but this time will be our last ☹️…

Came in for an acrylic/gel manicure and other than the lady that did my nails having the worst attitude, rushed the ENTIRE process (legit did 1 coat?), she completely botched my nails and when I finally had the courage to ask to fix the MANY imperfections, she was rude and just filed them….. if you are that inexperienced you really should not be doing people’s nails. Such horrible customer service she had. Other people working there were nice as my sisters nails were good. Waste of my money and time….

My husband went and got me a gift certificate for a Mani & Pedi. I went in two nights ago and was told they'd do both at the same time. No problem for me, went to my chair, started a Pedi with one employee, was switched in the middle so he could do someone else's nails. Still, no problem. However my nails look like my toddler attempted to do them and they basically cut my cuticle on both big toes. Paid almost over $100 plus tip for services and it literally hurts to put socks on and go to work due to having raw cuticles. Loyal client since 2021. Today was the last day I will give any of my money to this salon. I've tried to stick it out even after the constant raising of prices, taking away all discounts and incentives. I mean the prices raised 3 times in one year, within months of each other.

Today is exactly two weeks from when I got my nails done. They were not right the first day I left. I texted her pictures and telling her that although the nails seemed ok before I left, as soon as I got home I started noticing they were not right. And I was basically brushed off. Told that it just "looked that way to me". I had another nail tech look at them and they confirmed they weren't right. She never even offered for me to come back in so she could take a look or anything. I mean the nails were not even sealed from DAY ONE. Everything I touched stuck to the nails and I couldn't get it off. The top coat was peeling off multiple nails. My nails have never looked this grown out in two weeks. She's even said herself after 4 weeks at times that they weren't that grown out.

Today was my first time I was able to go into the salon to get a soak off. I've never gone for just a soak off, I ALWAYS get a new set. When I got there and stated I wanted a soak off, after knowing we texted about the nails you would think she would have at least looked at them. Instead she had someone else soak me off and when I asked aren't you going to even look at them she said with an attitude "it's been weeks". Yeah two weeks to the day, but I communicated with you the day of. There's been other times I've not been happy with my nails but I just grinned and bear it. This was the last straw. There's hundreds of salons around here and if I'm going to spend my money, I want to be happy with the service every time…
