Overpriced! I went in for dip. I have never paid over $45 for dip unless I got something extra or my nails were longer. My regular go-to nail salon has gotten worse, so I decided to go back here because I used to a while back. I am not sure how long this will last. The dip was not done how I am used to (dipping in the powder) but was done with an acrylic brush and only 1 layer. No cleaning of the nail area or anything extra was done. My nails are short and they were already shaped so he did not have to do any of that. When I checked out Rose told me it was $65😱. When I questioned it she got an attitude and said you have not been here a long time ago, as in justifying the charge. To make matter worse, she rang me up and the receipt said 66.30, so I asked about that. With an attitude, she said "2% charge if you would have paid cash no fee". Why didn't she tell me that before?
All they did was put one layer of dip powder with acrylic brush, one layer of clear and two 30 sec session under the light. That's it!!! I am not coming back. I love getting my nails done, but I am sick of the lack of customer service and hidden prices. No where on the chart is there dip and the only thing on the chart at that price was pink and white gel!!! I truly believe she just made up that price when she charged me. What a shame!! My nails look fine but I don't care how good of a job you do when you lack care for your customers and have an attitude just cause you can, I will not spend my money at your business….

I go as a treat every 6 weeks or so. I like dip and gel. Nothing special. Maybe I'm old-school, but there was a time when you were not rushed in and out as fast as possible. Manicure included cuticles, shaping, gently filing taking care of nails beds and sides, lotions and pleasant service. The last time I was there I received rushed and rude treatment as if I was a burden. The Manicurist had a filthy station with someone else's nail clippings and filings and used the same dirty towel. I should have stuck up for it myself stopping her. But I didn't. The whole time I'm worried about infection. She did nick my cuticle which bled. So this place can't really call it a spa treatment . Try somewhere else….

I had the worst experience on Friday August 9th. The service took all of 30 minutes and there was no conversation. I did not even have time to look over color options. I walked in started to look at swatches and the nail lady came over grabbed four swatches and took me to her chair to where I had to look at swatches while she started the service. So, I haven’t gotten gel nails done in years. But when I was getting them done, I would have the issue with some salons that they put bubbles in the nail polish or the gel came off too easy. But overall, with a good salon, the gel will stay on for ATLEAST 2 weeks. I got my nails done on May 30 and 4 days later, the gel is already falling off both my pinkie toes and another toe!!! The gel is supposed to last up to 21 days! Don’t get me wrong, the medicures and pedicures are amazing. But the man who did my gel nails did not meet my expectations. 75 dollars wasted. Went for a pedicure and requested the paraffin pedi with gel polish. The tech was nice, but I assume she forgot I asked for it because I got callus removal and the basic pedicure without even having lotion or any scrub, etc prior to her painting them. Only once this was done did I mention something and she proceeded to do the socks, lotion and towel. In all salons I’ve visited prior this was done prior to the polish but I again assume she forgot the pedicure I had requested. Even if I did not remind her, I still got a very basic pedicure with little effort. I was also charged an additional 15$ for gel, which is not a big deal but is not clear when advertising the pedicures they offer. Not sure if I just had a weird experience; the overall pricing isn’t bad for additional services compared to higher end salons but I’d try them again. Quality of the paint is decent and again she was very nice….

I went in for a new set and pedicure 9 days ago, and yesterday my middle nail snapped off. I wouldn’t have returned but since i called and they said they would fix it for free, i did. Today i went in and got it “fixed” but the nail looks awful. The woman did not put any pink under the white so you can see through my nails (my other nails had the pink) and she put way too much white and it was a different shape. I would of been fine with it since i could deal with a weird looking nail for a week until i get them redone (at a different place) but when i went to leave, they said it would be 8 dollars. I informed the front desk person that I was told on the phone it would be free, and he said because of the length of my nails, it would be 8 dollars. i paid for the length of my nails when i got the full set only 9 days ago when i paid 130 dollars for a mani pedi. I would understand if it broke off from a fill because nails get old and weathered so they need to be replaced, but before i got them done i did not have acrylics on at all, so after only 9 days, it should not have snapped off (so easily as well) edit: the top coat she put on my nails today is peeling off as well, including on the new nail)…

The set and design I had Gotten done here on a spur of the moment thought after getting a terrible set removed that was made by another salon is by far the BEST nails i ever gotten in my life ! I have been a costumer for over two years and I love the place because is convenient for me. Some ladies work with more dedication than others, but, I can say that I feel afraid when I request to do waxing on my chin and upper lips. Yesterday, May 30/24 I requested that services and one of the Tech staff burned me with the wax to such an extent that I woke up red and burned my skin.
I paid $94 dollars in total for a basic manicure and pedicure plus the burn they gave me with the wax.
The previous time they dripped the wax on my blouse that I had to throw away even though it was new.
Do you think that this is correct? Do you thing that is fair?
Why go and complain about to their owners if they themselves know that no all of them are trained to do the job carefully. There are two ladies who believe that because they have been doing the job for around 30 years they feel like experts, they work without caring about the quality.
That’s making me look for a new place.
Check your prices because I think they are a little out of range….

Both ladies were very pleasant and made me feel at ease. I have forgotten how hard it is to find a wonderful nail salon, my last nail professional definitely spoiled me🥰….

I went to this salon last night and I am so disappointed!!! The nail doesn’t even go to the cuticle. Every single nail is messed up and it’s so ugly I’m so upset!!!! I want them taken off and redone correctly! It’s a shame you guys can charge so much and do such a poor job. I even tipped well! Never again. Oh and I got glow in the dark and not even 24hrs later and it don’t glow….

I had a very disappointing visit to Grand Oaks Nails. I asked for a standard French pedicure but the staff seemed to have different definitions of what that meant and ultimately, due to miscommunications between the staff, they were unable to deliver a standard French pedicure. I even showed a picture of what I was expecting. I also repeatedly asked what color they typically use for French and was ignored. Unfortunately, I had paid before my toes were finished, the owner was extremely rude with me and no solution was offered. Honestly, the Nail Spa and Auzlene Nails in Celebration Point are much better….

I had a full set done approximately two weeks later, they fell off. I'll never go back my first and last time, I'm not the only person that had the same experience. *****To clarify. I saw Hannah. (I was there with a friend she checked in under her number )she's the second person on the right the girl next to her had to explain what I needed sits on her left, station #1. I was offered a beverage from the small refrigerator next to where the young Male receptionist sits. While both television played food shows on baking So, yes I was there. You should do the nails right the first time so Customers don't have to call back and complain. I attached a picture of the transaction, If the nails are done properly it takes Acetone to remove them after a Month, my Nails fell off over a two week period, when my Nails are done properly by my Licensed Tech I can go three weeks before a fill is needed my lifestyle hasn't changed….

Anne Le Is amazing. I had my nails done elsewhere and they were a complete disaster within 5 days. I walked into Bella and she saved my nails without a complete redo. They lasted a month and I only went back in that month because *I* wanted a fill and color change. She is my nail tech after 15 years in Gainesville I FINALLY found one I would recommend.

Well Anne Le unfortunately left, so now Christy is my new amazing nail tech. Highly recommend her as well. I get soooo many compliments on my nails.
