If I could give 0 stars I would and that's all because of the gentleman that works there. The woman was wonderful and polite. Although the pedicure wasn't the best I had, she was kind and she's the only reason I tipped. He was rough and rushed through the process. He didn't properly file my natural nails before putting the DND dip on, which I told him he could file them or clip them. I have very long nails. By the end of the appointment he wasn't going to shape them which I told him he could either do a coffin or square. He said, "You said you wanted coffin." I said no, I said either or. He told me they wouldn't be perfect because of my natural nails. I told him either way the nails weren't shaped but were different sizes and I've been to other shops and they had no problems doing my natural nails and they came out perfect. He sat back down and shaped them but my natural nails are hanging from under the dip because he didn't shape them, so he polishes my nail with gel. One of the tops of the nails has gel on it. It looks terrible underneath and from the sides of my nails. If you're looking at them from the top they look great. This man has no idea how to do nails. I'll be coming back in a few weeks to get this removed and that's it….

On 5/30/23 I came in for a acrylic fill and polish changes on my toes, my husband got a pedicure and my daughter got a full gell set.
I was happy when I left. However, it's a weekend and half later and 5 of my nails have come completely off and damaging my actual nails. They didn't break or crack the acrylic and the tips came off!!!!!!!!
I've NEVER experienced anything like this…
I thought it was the acrylic, but my daughter got gels and the same thing happened!!!! I can go a month before needing a fill so only having my nails in place for a week is NOT ACCEPTABLE ! NOT TO MENTION MY FINGERS ARE INCREDIBLY SORE!!! AND ONE OF MY NAIL BEDS IS NOW DAMAGED!!!
I will not be returning !!!!

I have been there a couple of times before. The tech they assigned to me to do my pedicure either didn’t care, or was sleepy . She could care less about what I needed … but the worst part was she was distracted by what’s going on in the shop while she was trimming my cuticles and not looking at my foot. DANGEROUS. I made a comment and the tech next to her told her something in their language and she gave me such a dirty look , anxiety provoking. She could not finish up correctly and her “sister “ Angel took over. Angel then gave me an excellent dip manicure . I noticed that most of the techs appear they don’t speak English, I give them more credit than that … those days are over… I gave Angel and her “sister “ each a $20 tip not for their work so much so they can remember me and going forward be more professional .

This is the first time I tried this place because of the reviews I never should have switched from where I used to go. I had my nails done here a week ago from Tony they looked good upon leaving but a week later I have square tips the corners of each nails are breaking being that my time is limited I don't even have time to go back so far in a week's time three nails have broke.. they thinned out the acrylic so much, and they don't build up the Apex. I've been getting my nails done for years this is the first time in one week three nails have broken at the corners I won't go back.
The next time I get my nails done I'm going to have to pay more than I usually do because I'm going to need three tips I get irritated from tips and I haven't had tips in over 5 years. This place should do my nails for free the next time with that being said I feel if you tip them100 percent of your bill they'll do a good job. I tip 20 percent like a normal person..lol
This woman told me that she tips them $25 for a fill and they always do a great job that's not right because when I find a good place I'm a customer for years….

One of my biggest fears with almond was getting the shape right and she shaped my nails (natural) to absolute perfection! I showed her a picture for reference of an orange chrome French tip mani and they look EXACTLY like the photo! (The lighting in the pic I took isn’t the best, but trust me when I say the chrome shines!) Na is also so incredibly gentle while working and talks you through everything, including the price, before she starts working to make sure you’re comfortable before proceeding. Sorry but I have to give an honest review… asked for a deluxe pedicure and was given the same pedicure as the most basic package. She rushed through my pedicure and the pictures are the result. I asked for a gel pedicure which I get everywhere else, they charged and extra $20 just for gel polish… makes no sense since a bottle of gel nail polish is about half of that and gel is probably easier/quicker for them. Then came my nails, the tech did not ask me once if I liked them and was also rushed. They are all lumpy and different thicknesses. She did not paint the gel all the way to the end of the sides and it looks like I have duck nails. You can even see the tip that was glued and is coming off on my index finger. I spent over $150 to be disappointed and dissatisfied. I hope these nail techs realize we also work really hard for the money we spend with them. These nail shops should start to do the services to the same degree as they like to over charge. For the money I spent it should have been an AMAZING experience and I should have left there happy. Will not be coming again! Sorry…

So today I decided to try out a new nail salon. I got a fill and a pedicure. I didn’t notice til I got home because it was very dark in the salon that my feet could have used another coat of black gel nail polish and most of my toe nails didn’t get fully polished. My 10 year old daughter could have painted my toes better. Also the hot towels they used for the pedicure didn’t smell very clean. Very potent musty smell to them. I’m very disappointed considering how much I spent and how much I tipped. Wasn’t very happy with the quality of my nails either. The length from hand to hand didn’t match compared to the other fingers, some longer and some shorter. It’s not like they were busy either. At one point I was the only person in the salon. I will never go back here. I recommend you save your money too and go elsewhere….

I just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail salon. I visited another salon earlier today, but I had to rush out before they started because I was called into work. They didn’t have any more openings until next week, so I booked an appointment with Easy Nails for later in the evening. I always choose places to go based on reviews, and I saw this place had 4.1 stars, so I decided to give it a try. Not going to lie, when I got to the parking lot, I looked at photos in the reviews and was terrified. Some of the pictures look terrible. I’m not sure how people were okay leaving like that. But then again, I am VERY picky about my nails. I have a specific shape I like, that no one ever seems to get right, and they must be a certain thickness, etc. I debated leaving before even walking in. This nail salon is very basic. It’s no luxury salon by any means, but don’t let that deter you. I would argue that these are some of the best nails I’ve ever had. He gave me exactly what I was looking for, the ombré, which other salons seem to having trouble doing. The shape, which I always ask for and no one gets right, was PERFECT. These nails are almost flawless, which is a huge compliment coming from someone who is so picky….

Place was clean and staff were extremely friendly, the issue was the nails itself.

At the front desk we were asked what our designs were and if we had reference photos, and the lady said they could do them.

I got the younger guy with the tattoo on his arm, and showed him the reference and he said he could do it. Another girl came over and told him the design needed to be done with eye shadow, which didn’t go as they planned so they wiped it away (not fully). Then they got polish to make the design and it was non existent, so they went darker (literally NEON).

I told them if he couldn’t do it (since he was clearly struggling with the design) that I was fine with a basic round shape with no design. I got almond shape, it was all crooked and not cleaned up, the color was awful, and the acrylics were pointed UPWARDS from my actual nails. Trying to save it, I told him to add like art to distract from the mess and he said sure…but never did it and put the final coat on.

Paid $72 and unfortunately hopped to another salon immediately to fix my nails. Even the nail tech who was doing my friends nails (which came out great) next to us said they were bad and that she was sorry, she said that’s why she makes sure to show the client before completing a set, which this man did not do.

First photo was the reference (had a Pinterest tab of similar photos as well). If he couldn’t do the design I would’ve moved on to another one. Unfortunately would not be coming back here, it’s a shame since the staff are so nice….
