I went in a week ago to get a dip color done on my nails. I have been growing out my nails for the past four months and their health has been my top priority and concern. I went in the salon and as I was getting my nails done, there was a woman next to me who had multiple concerns about her nails and how they were being done. As she expressed her concerns in a respectful manner, she was immediately shut down by the nail tech and the nail tech was so loud in voicing her opinion, the entire salon was aware of the situation at that point. This was my first red flag. Once the client had left, my nail tech Linda began explaining to me how that lady didn’t know what she was talking about and speaking negatively about the paying customer.

As I was just getting a dip polish, the electric file was used extensively on my nails and was burning, although that has NEVER been something I encountered before while getting dip done. Once I was finished with the service, they told me when I left if they broke they would fix them. At first, I appreciated them saying it, but once I left, it put up a red flag for me. As if they were anticipating my nails to not last, or they were not confident in their job…

A week later, my natural nails with the dip are breaking and popping off like acrylics. As well as the chrome is uneven and peeling off. I am very disappointed in this service and will not be returning. My natural nails are now ruined thanks to Envy Nails. I am not sure how they have such a high rating on google, while providing such negative experiences and insufficient quality of services.

Save your time and money. The products are old and diluted. My toes were polished twice and the polish slid right off. I was told I had to wait for them to be dry. They bubbled and had a black undertone, due to the the polish being diluted. I was told I was wrong. While I was sitting in the pedicure chair the technician went to dilute the bottle she was using. You can look at the wall of polish and tell. The gel manicure was sloppy and thick. Edges weren’t clean and the clear coat was all over my fingers. Clippers were dull and everything was filed unevenly. After the second attempt at the polish for my feet I asked for a refund. I was told no, they would fix it. I didn’t want it fixed, I wanted my money back. The products were old and I was done. The person at the front became frustrated with me and told me I wouldn’t get my money back. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Unacceptable way to run a business….

You won’t believe this, but I have to say. Best of the best. Give them a chance. You won’t regret getting to know the owner Tan as he regales you with the pure amount of business knowledge he has. He reminds me of a current day Robert Kiyosaki (author of rich dad poor dad). The man is a gem, and is on a mission to make nail salons a place for men to feel comfortable too!!!

I’ve never been to a salon where it looked like they painted in the dark. The guy who did my sisters toe nails (in red) didn’t ask if she wanted it filed/cut or a certain shape, just went at it. Her left big toe nail is considerably shorter than the right. The red paint got on her back toes lol. And for me the lady that did mine went completely outside the line and didn’t really care to correct it. Both our techs didn’t scrub much either, I still have large parts of callus remaining. Anyway we paid in full and walked out disappointed….

I don't like leaving negative reviews. I'll start with the positive. The place is beautiful and the lady that did my nails was very sweet. I got color gel on my nails and feet. I paid for the upgrade to the pedicure. For pedicure and manicure it was $110. No acrylics or anything. Just color gel.
Why am I giving a bad review? The gel started coming off two days later. I was signing a document at work and the polish kept coming off in big chunks on my fingers. My toes then a few days later started coming off. No reason for it. I've never had gel polish completely come off within a week. I was disappointed. It was expensive and poorly applied. I really thought I had found my every two weeks spot. Unfortunately, I won't return. If I'm paying for a service I don't want it to only last few days. I also wasn't doing anything as it came off. Signing a document, walking, etc. I only wear open toe shoes too so no reason for it. My nails were bare within a week. The polish just didn't stay. It's not worth the cost for nail polish that doesn't last even a few days- gel too!!!…

Honestly the first time I went it was good so I went back for a fill. I asked for an ombré and she couldn’t do that so I had to settle for a basic one color. Non of the nails are the same. Coating is uneven. And I have a cut around my finger from the drill. Seems like there are no good nail salons in Brevard. I’ll keep driving a hour away to Orlando to get my nails done and I recommend you do the same. May nails are ruined by how short she cut them without checking with me. And yes I still payed and tipped because I’m not a horrible person but I’m leaving for vacation tomorrow to be in a wedding and my nails look like trash….

I went in for a manicure. I wanted my nails to be cleaned and my cuticles to be cleaned but just like as is expected with everything from China what you buy vs what you get. He said my nails don’t need to be cleaned because the dremel will clean it. Under the bed of my nails are still dirty and this was $50!! Never again. I’m not a one size fits all person. This is why I do not like supporting certain businesses and I prefer to stay home and clean my own nails. Never again. Not here and not any Asian nail salon ever again. I am sooo mad!! I had a very unpleasant experience at this nail salon. The staff here seemed to not care about the quality of service, and worked very superficially. My nails were done very carelessly, unevenly, and the paint was uneven. After a few days, the nails were peeling off. The salon space was quite messy, unclean, and unprofessional. What made me most uncomfortable was the attitude of the staff, they were not welcoming and even somewhat annoyed when I asked to fix my nails. I had an amazing experience at this salon. I walked in an hour before close, hoping they might be able to squeeze me in to get my nails filled as I had them done less than 2 weeks prior at a different salon. I was greeted immediately, and I told them I was hoping I could get my nails filled. I was told it would be about a 35 to 40 minute wait, which was totally fine by me since I was a walk-in. I waited in the seating area for a few minutes before being told I could sit in a massage chair while I waited which was great because I definitely needed it! When they were ready for me I explained the problems with my nails that had occurred at the salon I had gotten them done at previously (A different salon not this one) including both my pink nails being drilled down too deep and how the paint and the over all acrylic nail just wasn't good there was bubbles everywhere and it was horrible I also let her know my skin around my nails is very delicate and she made sure to be careful since I had a previous experience at a different salon of having the skin on my pink literally filled off to the point I started bleeding. Lily was my nail tech and she is so amazing super friendly and welcoming (she's also the one who greeted me) she paid a lot of attention to the shape of the nails and was careful with all the filing her precision is amazing and her color matching is perfect! If you're new to the area I definitely recommend going to this salon but if you want an appointment with lily be sure to call and set up an appointment with her!…

Horrible ,horrible ,horrible. Went in to get jelly pedicure,new set, and eyebrows. Jelly pedicure is 70 dollars. No problem except she never did the jelly part. When I brought this to her attention she told me she did it. I told her no you didn't. She grabbed something out of the garbage and said yes I did. No ma'am at no time were my feet in jelly. She finished polishing my toes and filled the tub back up with water and then put the jelly in after my Pedi was finished which at that point made no sense. I told her I just wanted to pay and leave. I go to pay and now it's gone from 70 to 85 because of gel polish. They were gonna charge me 15 more dollars on top of the 70 I was paying for a pedicure dine I correctly. No discount,compensation,nothing. When I told them that wasn't fair I was told to come back tomorrow because the boss wasn't there. I then told them they needed to call the boss at which point she said I don't have pay. I just wanted my pedicure to be correct. Very disappointing….

Very disappointed in the quality. The gentleman seems more concerned with people walking in through the doors than paying attention when using the electric nail file. I counted at least 12 nicks on my fingers from when he wasn’t paying attention. He blamed me for having thin skin. The left side of my nails are the square I wanted but the right side are more rounded. He stated that’s the way there are supposed to be and it will look better when the top coat is on. The parts on my cuticles were lifting by the second day and catching on my hair. They will not do a refund, only fix which I do not have time to do, nor do I want to receive further nicks to my fingers as I’m getting married this weekend – which I informed them these were the nails for my upcoming wedding….

I went to Happy Nails the week of February 5, 2024. I experienced the most rude, unfriendly, and hateful service. I am a person of color and I requested a simple service of dip powder color with a flat buff to avoid thick layers of color. While my nails were being serviced, the woman was very rough with my nails and hands; she frequently told me to relax. She was pulling and pushing my hands, turning my fingers in a way I never experienced before. I was never told to relax with any prior nail service. She asked me if I was tired, I said yes, because I have a chronic condition that leaves me to be very weak. I am a friendly person and I wasn’t sure why the technician was angry at me. At one point, I had to stop the woman from doing my nails because she was so rough and hateful to me. I had no dispute with the woman prior to my nail service; this was my first time in the salon. I asked her politely to make my nails look flat, natural before she buffed my nails. She agreed. After buffing my nails lightly, I could see that she didn’t buff them the way I requested. Again, I requested a better buff. Then, she responded that I told her that I use a lot of hand sanitizer at work, so they were buffed enough already. I told her that I am paying for the nail job with buff. Long story short, I was referred to another technician that did a sloppy job by not buffing my nails fully, no base coat was applied, so the clear coat is peeling after one day, my nails have indentations , smudges in certain places. The nail job looked worse after arriving home. If I knew my nails looked this bad, I would not have paid them or would have paid half the amount. They had the nerve to request a tip! I refused to give them a tip for dishonorable service. I would never return to this salon again! Shame on them!…

Ni Ni did a WONDERFUL job on my nails today… Had an acrylic fill. I still prefer regular polish and they were fine with that, even though my old Salon doesn't want to do anything anymore, but gel. She paid close attention to detail and she worked very quickly and is very friendly and sweet. I'm also impressed that she confirmed her appointment the night before, via text, very professional ! Also the salon is big, clean, and it looks like all their pedicure chairs are pretty new. I haven't had a pedicure there yet, but I will be back! I'm glad a friend suggested them to me – she's been going there for years and now I know why. I will drive from Palm Bay down to them because it's well worth it….

**Disappointing Experience at queen nails**

I recently visited queen nails with high hopes for a relaxing nail treatment. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I went in for a full set of nails, excited to treat myself, only to leave feeling utterly disappointed and frustrated.

Firstly, the appointment was straightforward and only took an hour, leaving me hoping this rushed full set was going to be good. When I finally saw my nails, I was shocked. Instead of the elegant set I had shown in reference photos and explicitly requested, I was met with uneven nails, poorly executed French tips that were droopy and crooked, unfiled backside of nails, and nails that seemed like they were ready to fly off my fingers at any moment.

To make matters worse, my cuticles were in terrible shape, visibly chewed up and causing discomfort. Adding insult to injury, the nail technician decided to add a smudged "flower" design with a huge black dot in the middle, despite me clearly asking for a hibiscus flower and leaving a reference photo right in front of her throughout the appointment.

Despite my disappointment, I paid for the service and even tipped generously, only to realize later that the technician had taken more of the tip than I had intended, which left me feeling taken advantage of.

The final straw came when I had to soak off these botched nails just two days before my vacation, wasting both time and money that I had hoped to spend enjoying myself.

Overall, my experience at queen nails was one of the worst nail treatments I've ever had. The lack of attention to detail, disregard for my preferences, and mishandling of the service and tip distribution were all incredibly disappointing. I sincerely hope for a resolution to this matter….
